Creation of the Table Tennis of Russia Center (TTRC) in Moscow

and its Branches in 7 Federal Districts

  • Olympic Preparation Training of the Athletes.
  • Preparation Training of Promising Athletes and Candidates to the Cadets' and Juniors' National Teams of Russia.
  • Camp Exercise/Training and Sparring on the TTRC facilities' basis.
  • Regulatory and Procedural Activities, Coaches' and Umpires' Education and Advanced Qualification Education.
  • Providing Table Tannis Gyms with Comprehensive Equipment Sets.

2. Sports of the Highest Perfomance.

Olympic Movement

  • Providing the National Teams of Russia with the Essential Exercise and Training Process. Switchover to the Contract System with Professional Athletes to Ensure Dasic Annual Payments.  
  • Selection of Professional and Promissing Young Athletes from Clubs for Participation in International Series.
  • Creation of Professional League (5-6 Clubs of European Standart). Forming Up the Teams for National Series Participation. 
  • Open Tournaments within the National Series Framework with Internatiomal Teams Participation.
  • Active Participation of TTFR in NOC Rissia Activities.

 

3. National Championships

  • Elaboration of Criteria for Formation of the Russia National Teams to Participate in the Season's Major Events.
  • Working out of the Competition Model in All Age Groups, Including Parameters of the Athletes' Readiness According to Unified Test Standards.
  • Ranging of Competition Activities for Male and Female Adolescents of All Ages.
  • Compilation of Competition Calendar in Accordance to International Tournaments Schedule. Elaborate Preparation of the Age-Wise Competition Time-Table to Avoid Tournaments' Time Coincidence. 
  • Organization of the New Specialized International Tournaments Supported by Major Sponsors.
  • Publication of the Specialized Unified Manual for Conducting the National Series Stages for Local Promoters.
  • Formation of the Worthy Prize Fund to Ensure High Level of the Competition and to Promote Its Prestige.

 

4. Mass Sports

  • Popularization of the Table Tennis as a Form of Leisure and Sports with No Limitations to Go in for It.
  • Creation of the Basis to Develop Mass Table Tennis (Implements for Each School and Every Yard).
  • Organization of Mass Participation Events and Festivals of Table Tennis to Attract Sports Amauters. Holding "People's Games" and Different Gala Events. 
  • Development of Student's Sports. Holding High School Tournaments and Students' National Championchips. 
  • Creation of Table Tennis Sections in Schools, Children's Homes and Boarding Schools.
  • Holding Master Classes for Amateurs in Schools, Universities and during People's Games.
  • Search of the Promising and Talented Athletes to be Presented with Opportunity to Train at TTRC.

 

5. Development of the Veterans' and Handicapped Athletes Sports

  • Active Development of Paralympic Activity and Attraction of Handicapped Athletes to Go in for Sports.
  • Holding Specialized Veterans' Championships.
  • Establishing New All-Russia and International Veterans' Tournaments.
  • Establishing New All-Russia and International Tournaments for Handicapped Athletes.
  • Special Research on Using Table Tenis as a Means of Rehabilitation in Medical Treatment Institutions.
  • Social Support of the Table Tennis Veterans.

 

6. Development of Sports in the Regions

  • Creation of the Table Tennis Basic Organizations in All the Regions.
  • Elaboration of "TTFR-Regions" Interaction Structure.
  • Organization of Low-Budgeted Orgsnizations and Clubs Aid System.
  • Children's and Junior Sports Schools Support.
  • Creation of TTFR Grants for the Best Pupils and Coaches.
  • Increase of the Russia Championship Participating Clubs Number.

  • Active Participation in the Activities of the International Table Tennis Federation and European Table Tennis Union.

  • Expansion of Russia's Participation in Committees and Panels of These Organizations.
  • Forming of the United Sports Space for the East-European League. CIS and Baltic States in Russia.
  • Introduction of the Rissia Language as an Official One at Intrnational Congresses.
  • Increase of the number of International Tournaments Held in Russia.
  • Participation in All International Competitions.
  • Establishing Contacts and Maintaining Relations with International Organizations with Regard to All Issues Pertaining to the Regulations and the Calendar.

 

8. Normative/Legal and Staff Activities

  • Implementation of TTFR Structural Reform.
  • Updating Normative Documentation to Bring It to Conformity with International Requirements and Standards.
  • Selection and Training of the Russian Coaches. Advanced Qualification Specialized Courses, Permanently Based at the RSUPhC. Elaboration of High School Special Training Programs for Preparation of Coaches. 
  • Holding Scientific Methods Conference during Major Russian Competitions.
  • National Team Coaches' Training in China and Other Table Tennis World Leading Countries.
  • Selection and Training of Umpires. Holding Umpires' Seminars.
  • Development of Innovation and Efficient Training Methods for Teams Preparation. Scientific Methods Elaboration Activities 
  • Organization of Camp Exercise/Training Abroad (no less than twice a year 30 athletes for one month period, preferably in China).
  • Coaches and Umpires' Certification and Licensing.
  • Activities in the Sphere of Sports Medicine and Psychology.

 

9. Financial and Economic Grounds of TTFR Activities

  • Creation of the TTFR Trustees' Board.
  • Elaboration of Sponsorship and Philanthropy Policy.
  • Rendering Marketing and Sponsorship Opportunities to Potential Russian and Foreign Sponsors.
  • Assistance in Sponsors' Attraction in the Regions and Provision of the Appropriate Marketing Material.
  • Introduction of the Competition Basis System for the Regions and Cities to Hold National Series Tournaments Starting from 2007.
  • Ensuring the National Series Budget to Consist of Sponsorship Inpayments, Regional/Municipal Authorities and Local Promoters' Contributions.
